Job Description : Job Description: We are seeking a Director of Audit – Hospitality to ensure financial and operational integrity across ISMMART's hospitality properties. The Director will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to financial and operational standards. This role requires extensive experience in auditing, with a strong focus on hospitality operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit strategies for the hospitality division to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
- Conduct regular financial and operational audits to ensure integrity and accuracy across the hospitality properties.
- Identify risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with management to ensure audit findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure that hospitality operations adhere to ISMMART’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on audit findings to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the audit team, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Full-time Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CFA.
- 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior management.
- Competitive salary (PKR 400,000 – PKR 500,000 per month, inclusive of all benefits).
