Senior Officer, Component Services (Reliability & Modification Management)

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage resources and assets, explore innovative technologies, and monitor and control costs, all while maintaining a keen understanding of business financials. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting Administrative Officer (AO) in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables modifications for SIAEC’s Inventory Technical Management (ITM) Customers together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables inventory pool for compliance with Airworthiness Directives together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of seed units that have been taken from OEMs for modification programmes.
• Assisting AO in the extracting and reviewing of components’ removal data/shop finding for the monitoring of the components’ reliability performance.
• Preparing of ITM customers components’ reliability performance report for review.
• Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers for the identification and management of potential rogue units.
• Compiling of data required for the analysis of the component reliability evaluations.
• Monitoring and managing of administrative matters for the team’s General Staffs (GS).
• Any other duties assigned by superiors.

• Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
• Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
• Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools, and Process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
