Job Description

1. Masters in Information Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or equivalent from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
2. PhD from HEC recognized university shall be preferred.
3. Relevant Certifications in IS Audits especially CISA, CISM etc shall be preferred.

1. Minimum 10 years in Senior Position/s in Information Security operations and management roles.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/international), technological advancements in industry and international best practices.
3. Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA’s vision for Information Security (IS)/Cyber Security (CS).
4. Expert in need analysis, gap identification and taking corrective measures to address identified issues.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on matters related to IS/CS.
6. Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle a team of IS professionals.
7. Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically and make informed, timely decisions as per arising critical scenarios.

1. Planning and implementation of Data Security framework and technology.
2. In-depth knowledge of information management, governance, risk assessment and compliance frameworks.
3. Development and management of Security Operation Centre, knowledge of required technology and its integration with IT infrastructure of organization.
4. Experience of developing IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanism in large organization.
5. Operation and management of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, develop linkage to IS paradigm of organization and possible impact.
6. Mentor organization’s software/applications vulnerability assessment and network pen-testing efforts/tasks.
7. Planning and conducting IS training and awareness activities across the organization.
8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement to foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and regulatory bodies (national/international) to ensure effective policy development and implementation.
9. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to encourage a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technological risks to make informed, evidence-based policy modifications.

Terms and Conditions

1. Selected professional will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible.
7. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
8. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
