Recruitment Specialist (HR) Netkom Technologies Pvt Ltd, Pakistan

• Work closely with all departments to identify current and upcoming staff vacancies, and develop recruitment strategies and plans. • Build a pipeline of talented people to source new talent for key position vacancies. • Develop and maintain a database of all critical positions. • Standardize the recruitment process to ensure timely delivery of services. This includes defining requirements for job postings, sourcing talent through creative means, and building compensation offers aligned with the pay philosophy of the organization. • Ensure compliance of hiring practices with legislation. • Other responsibilities as identified by the Supervisor.

Job Specification

• Master’s degree preferably in Human Resource Management. • 2-3 years of dedicated recruitment experience only in the Telco sector. • Must have deep knowledge of the Telco sector. • Candidate with immediate availability would be preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hands-on practice with MS Office. • Good networking and public relation skills.
