Finance Manager (Healthcare industry)

Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly Group consolidation reports and conduct analytical reviews for board papers.Compile and submit quarterly equity, share capital, and loan movements for foreign subsidiaries to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and commentaries from regional subsidiaries.Consolidate and monitor the Group's cash balance and indebtedness.Prepare monthly Group accounts and analyze performance against budget, proposing action plans for management.Collaborate with finance teams across various countries and liaise with financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities.Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and IFRS for Group financial statements.Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.At least 3 years of audit experience in an audit firm is advantageous.Strong knowledge of IFRS updates and financial management, particularly in group consolidation.Independent, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeOpen to both full-time and contract roles.
