- Create and produce marketing videos and social media clips
- Create and produce marketing images and social media clips
- Source Broll and Stock videos/images (Subscriptions Provided)
- Uploading and organizing sourced B-Roll
- Sort Creator Broll in Frame.io
- Edit and upload footage following correct naming conventions
- Maintain assignments in ClickUp, such as status updates, ad review links, etc.
- Attend weekly training calls and monthly 1x1 calls
- Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
- Internet Speed - At least 100 MBPS Download speed
- Monday-Friday ; 10 pm - 7:OO AM EST // Tuesday-Saturday : 10AM - 7PM PHT (1 hour lunch break)
- Must attend a weekly meeting that is at 10am EST on Thursdays. No exceptions.
- 3-5+ years of video production and short form editing experience.
- High-level of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is required
- Experience in creating or editing Facebook ads is required
- Mid-level of experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or any Photo Editing Tool is required
- Experience with remote team tools like Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive, Frame.io
- Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Be proficient in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
- Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be able to manage your own tasks
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
- Can communicate effectively in terms of asking questions when help is needed, being transparent when things go wrong or due dates will be missed in advance.
- Problem-solving mentality - always seeking solutions before reporting issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.
