Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for senior-year college students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure the highest standards of quality in our Salesforce solutions and services. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality issues.
- Help maintain and update testing documentation and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
- Currently enrolled in the senior year of a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new quality assurance practices and technologies.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its core functionalities.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Apex.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with real-world projects and clients.
