Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Assurance Specialist Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for senior-year college students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure the highest standards of quality in our Salesforce solutions and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality issues.
• Help maintain and update testing documentation and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the senior year of a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new quality assurance practices and technologies.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its core functionalities.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Apex.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
