Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Administration to lead and optimize procurement operations, administrative functions, and construction and facility management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain management, business analytics, and HR practices, ensuring seamless integration of procurement strategies, resource management, and operational efficiencies. This role demands strong leadership, high-level decision-making capabilities, and the ability to drive cost-effective solutions across multiple domains. The candidate will be required to travel to KSA and collaborate closely with KSA departments to enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-impact procurement strategies that drive cost savings and operational excellence.
- Oversee global and regional procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
- Establish long-term supplier relationships and strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and risk management best practices in procurement.
- Utilize advanced analytics to drive data-informed procurement decisions and market trend analysis.
- Provide leadership in administrative operations, optimizing workflows and streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee office management, facilities procurement, and operational logistics to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Develop and implement policies to improve administrative governance and compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage high-level contracts, licenses, and regulatory documentation, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and KSA departments to ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
- Creating plans of action for the contractors and keeping a close eye on cost control.
- Execution of Work as per drawings, specifications, and Appendixes.
- Oversee any hurdles, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work.
- Facilitating Contractor, acquiring clarity on RFI’s, process of work, and achieving key milestones including fulfilling all the monthly billing requisites for further and timely proceedings.
- Timely material demand, acquisition, and delivery from Employer, and management of site.
- Execution of work with utmost health and safety perimeters.
- Ensuring quality of work and better workmanship, and adequate manpower, including utilization of material as per permissible limits.
- Monitoring and timely updates on the progress of work to management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, administration, and facility management roles, with a proven track record at a senior level.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and vendor management skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in procurement and HR software, ERP systems, and data analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of global procurement practices, HR regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and drive business efficiencies.
- Willingness to travel to KSA and collaborate closely with KSA-based departments to support regional business objectives.
- Professional certification in procurement, supply chain management, or HR (e.g., CIPS, CPP, CPSM, SHRM, CIPD).
- Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-border teams and managing multi-functional business units.
