Position : Senior Graphic Designer Work Hours (Client) : Australian Time Holidays : TBH Pay Range : $1000 - $1600/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD Brief details about the job: Full-time position Work hours aligned with Australia time zone Remote work position with regular virtual team interactions Contribute to the visual strategy for upcoming sales events Opportunity to significantly impact the brand’s visual presence across multiple platforms Job Description:

• Design email marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform
• Create engaging social media content for Instagram, including main posts and stories.
• Translate product launches and campaigns into various visual media formats
• Follow and maintain brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to projects
• Collaborate with the current senior designer to manage and distribute workload efficiently
• Participate in weekly team calls to discuss projects, challenges, and new ideas
• Assist in measuring the success of design products through analytics and sales data

• 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in the e-commerce sector
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primary requirement)
• Familiarity with Figma and basic motion graphics skills
• Experience with email marketing design, particularly using the Klaviyo platform
• Strong understanding of social media design best practices, especially for Instagram
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Slack
• Passion for health, wellness, and natural products is a plus .
