Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Managing incoming customer calls and emails
Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
Qualifications:
- Open to HS/K12 Graduates
- Minimum of 6 months working experience (OJT or formal roles included)
