Location: Mumbai Experience: 10+ years (HR Ops within an Advertising Agency) What You’ll Own & Drive: ✅ HR Core Operations – Streamlining and optimizing HR processes ✅ Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, TDS – Ensuring accuracy & compliance ✅ Employee Well-being Initiatives – Driving engagement & culture ✅ Performance Management (PMS) – Structuring and executing performance frameworks ✅ Advertising Agency HR Expertise – Strong understanding of agency dynamics & operations What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 10+ years of HR Operations experience (Advertising industry preferred)✔️ Proven expertise in Payroll, C&B, TDS & HR Compliance ✔️ Strong grasp of HR policies, frameworks & employee engagement ✔️ Hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS)✔️ A problem-solver with a structured & process-driven mindset ✔️ Ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced agency environment Apply Now!
