Integration Senior Analyst (APAC/EMEA/US) Manila, Philippines - Hybrid They offers a hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
- The Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to lead the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products.
- The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while leading a project plan and implementing and supervising all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.
- Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
- Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the companys products, solutions, and related technologies.
- Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Lead project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
- Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
- Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
- Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
- Supervise or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
- Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
- Support and complete operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.
