Are you a driven Senior Back-End Developer (PHP) who excels at integrating systems, managing development teams, and building solutions that balance performance, security, and scalability. What are we looking for? As a Senior Back-End Developer (PHP), you will lead and manage small teams of developers, taking charge of complex integration projects involving SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics. You will architect and develop scalable solutions that integrate with these platforms while ensuring robust performance, security, and reliability. This role involves both hands-on coding and project management responsibilities, along with mentoring junior developers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver top-quality results for our clients. What are you expected to do?1. Technical Leadership & Integration Projects
- Lead development teams on multi-developer projects, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Architect and implement complex integrations with SaaS platforms, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code across multiple technologies, including AWS, Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Adhere to coding best practices, ensuring a high standard of security and software architecture.
- Design and manage APIs and webhooks to enable seamless data synchronization between systems.
- Optimize API usage to improve data handling and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate workload, and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent progress.
- Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with design, front-end, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide regular updates.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development (PHP Laravel), with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and Laravel for developing scalable applications.
- Strong experience with AWS and GCP , with a focus on cloud services.
- Hands-on experience setting up AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions for serverless computing.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and managing cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Python for automation, scripting, or backend development.
- Strong background in software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and team management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations between SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,Dynamics).
- Familiarity with working within and integrating SaaS ecosystems, understanding API limitations and optimizing performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, allocate resources effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
