The Role Job Description: UX/UI Designer (Part-Time, 5-10 hours per month) Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated part-time UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate on product design, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to deliver polished, user-centered interfaces and experiences. You will also conduct user research and apply feedback to continuously improve designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team on product design, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to understand needs and gather feedback.
- Create high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and design solutions.
- Continuously refine and enhance designs based on feedback and testing.
- A strong UX/UI design portfolio showcasing your skills and previous work.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a part-time capacity (5-10 hours/month).
