Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Campaign Executive to join our Campaigns team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Job Location: Bangalore (WFO) What you'd Do?
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, IVR, Email).
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaign assets (e.g., contents, data, visuals) are ready for distribution.
- Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with customer success, and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Support the development of targeted campaign strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify market trends and audience insights, which can help refine campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activities.
- Customer Engagement:
- Assist in the development of messaging strategies to engage customers and increase brand loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to campaigns on ticketing tool or other platforms.
- A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of performance and content marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
