About the Role: This is a critical role at Tilicho Labs. As our Senior Core HR & Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining our existing HR processes and building a robust recruitment engine to support our ambitious growth plans. You will be a champion for our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, while also attracting top talent to join our team. We are looking for a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for building high-performing teams. Responsibilities: Core HR: - Review, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. - Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions. - Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. - Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. - Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. - Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices. Recruitment: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. - Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Core HR and Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent employee relations skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle. - Experience with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High energy and a passion for building high-performing teams. - Experience in a product engineering company is a plus.
