We currently have an opening in our Front of House team for a Concierge . The Concierge Team is the heartbeat of the hotel - they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, the 'go-to' team for all Resort information and knowledge, and respond to guest queries throughout. Their professional attention to the minutest details helps ensure that guests' stays are seamless. What can you expect from a Concierge position in Adare Manor?

1. You will be working in one of Europe's most elegant and breathtaking lobbies, blending the history of this once stately home with an authentically local five-star experience.
2. State-of-the-art technology is discreetly incorporated into everything we do, with hidden automated diffusers delicately delivering our hotel scent.
3. You will be responsible for pre-arrival correspondence with guests to prepare their itinerary and arrange transportation for their stay.
4. You will assist our guests in organizing all onsite activities; Gun Dogs, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery, Falconry, Fishing, and Horse & Carriage Rides.
5. You will work closely with our Front of House Team regarding guest requests.
6. You will join a team of creative, passionate, and charismatic hoteliers as they work together to provide our guests with an arrival and departure experience like no other. When you wonder how, think #Beyond Everything.

We are looking forward to speaking to experienced, naturally warm, and engaging candidates with a strong drive to always 'go beyond' to ensure that the guest experience is superb. Local knowledge of restaurants, shops, and offerings is extremely important. In addition, in-depth knowledge of tourist areas in Ireland to visit, such as Cliffs of Moher, The Ring of Kerry, and The Aran Islands, is necessary to be successful in this role.
