Job details
Responsibilities:
- Handle the installation, configuration, upgrading, operation maintenance, management of computer software, Web / Mobile APP and operating systems to ensure the normal operation of desktop systems and meet users' work needs.
- Assist in the implementation of internal IT department projects.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
- Diploma, Associate degree or above, graduated in a computer-related field.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in IT support, system & network maintenance
- Familiar with IT applications and systems, e.g. Microsoft Window 10/11, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Networking and system security knowledge
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, able to quickly diagnose hardware and software failures, and guide users in using mainstream software.
- Awareness of information security prevention.
- Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated and proactive
- Good service awareness and professionalism, with strong communication and expression skills; team collaboration spirit.
- Mandarin speaking skills are considered an advantage.
