AA/AAA Video Game Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled AAA/AA Video Game Producer with strong technical knowledge to guide studios and developers, oversee quality control of gameplay, and ensure the successful development of high-quality game projects . This role requires expertise in industry-standard software tools, a deep understanding of game production pipelines, and the ability to structure and narrate compelling storylines . You will work closely with the business owner, BD team, and external development partners , ensuring smooth coordination of both internal and outsourced projects . The ideal candidate thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and has experience working on both AAA and AA game titles . Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Quality Control

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to game studios and developers across AAA and AA game productions .
• Oversee gameplay quality assurance, performance optimization, and technical stability across platforms.
• Utilize Unreal Engine, Unity, and other industry-standard tools to evaluate development progress.
• Conduct technical evaluations and guide studios in implementing best practices for game design and development.
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and certification processes for console and PC releases.

• Manage the full development lifecycle of AAA and AA games , from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Balance creative, technical, and financial goals while maintaining high-quality production standards.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure projects remain on track while mitigating risks.

• Collaborate with narrative designers to refine game storylines, world-building, and character development .
• Oversee game pacing, level progression, and player engagement to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure that the narrative vision aligns with gameplay mechanics and world design .

• Act as the primary liaison between business owners, BD teams, and external studios to ensure alignment on project vision.
• Manage outsourced development assignments and ensure they meet the project’s technical and creative standards.
• Work with external partners, including art studios, voice actors, localization teams, and marketing teams .

• Identify technical and production risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Adapt development processes based on feedback, market trends, and testing results .
• Ensure that all development phases meet quality benchmarks and address critical performance issues.

• 5+ years of experience in game production, preferably in both AAA and AA game development .
• Proven track record of shipping at least one AAA or AA title from start to finish.
• Experience managing outsourced game development and working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with both big-budget AAA games and smaller-scale, high-quality AA titles .

• Strong understanding of game development pipelines, optimization, and performance tuning .
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, Unity, and relevant development tools
• Ability to provide technical feedback on gameplay, AI behavior, physics, and animation systems .
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills .
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment .
• Experience with multiplayer, singleplayer, or online games .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Passion for gaming and strong knowledge of industry trends.
