Job Description:
- Design and Draft: Create innovative architectural designs and produce detailed drafts using cutting-edge software.
- BCA Corenet Submissions: Handle submissions through the BCA Corenet system, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Technical Compliance: Stay up-to-date with and implement local technical compliances in all project designs.
- Rendering and Visualization: Bring designs to life through high-quality renderings and potentially animations.
- Project Management: Assist in site and project management, gaining hands-on experience under the Director's supervision.
- Sustainable Design: Contribute to green building initiatives, including Greenmark and buildability score calculations.
Job Requirement:
- Experience: 2-3 years of architectural experience, familiar with local practices and regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in BIM, drafting software, and rendering tools. Experience with animation is a plus.
- Adaptable: Comfortable with a flexible work arrangement and able to manage time effectively.
- Degree Qualified: Hold a degree in Architecture or a related field.
