Reporting to Head of Operations, you will support in executing marketing activities. This may include: o Research and co-plan company marketing activities o Plan and execute marketing activities including e-newsletter dissemination, customer surveys, marketing campaigns, social media management, web site update etc. o Write case studies and maintain company collateral o Pitch for awards for our work o Track and report on company’s marketing performance including analysing and reporting on social media and e-newsletter performance o Support in other marketing administrative duties as assigned ABOUT YOU: You have a flair for expressing your thoughts through emotive imagery and choice words. Flexible by nature, you’re able to adapt to the pace of the agency. Hungry for knowledge, you keep up to date with the latest marketing and social trends, while you’re able to work independently on projects, you’re also a team player – working and playing well with others. o > 2 years of relevant working experience in an advertising agency / marketing agency / social media consultancy / marketing capacity o Proficient in project management, problem solving o Proficient in using Canva / other editing and social media publishing tool o Proficient in managing social media platforms and analytics tools o Write, speak and express yourself like a pro. o Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. o Proactive and able to adapt to fast-paced environments and workflows, strong in time management o Highly motivated with strong desire to learn, acquire knowledge o Awesome personality, creative and a team-player o Pays attention to details
