Role Description 20FIFTY Partners are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Practitioner on a full-time basis. You will lead, manage, and support learning initiatives and learning interventions for our key external clients, in both the public and private sector. You will play a key role in enhancing the performance and growth of our clients’ employees by designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs to enable them to transition to a more sustainable future. You will assess our client’s training needs, develop learning interventions, and create a culture of continuous learning to meet their organizational goals and improve employee skills and competencies, in both the public and private sectors. This L&D Practitioner role is of strategic importance for the organisation and the successful candidate will engage in cross-departmental collaboration to support delivery of key initiatives. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyse learning needs and objectives to create curriculum and learning programs tailored to our clients.
- Collaborate with our clients to structure and design engaging curricula that meet their learning objectives and outcomes.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss content, design, and delivery approaches, offering creative solutions to learning challenges.
- Leverage technology to introduce modern L&D solutions (e.g., LMS platforms, AI-driven learning tools).
- Oversee the creation of bespoke training solutions tailored to the needs of different departments or teams of our clients, incorporating diverse learning styles, such as e-learning, blended learning, microlearning and instructor-led training.
- Facilitate the design process from initial concept to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Ensure that instructional materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles and best practices.
- Create engaging multimedia content (audio, video, graphics) as needed for online learning experiences.
- Oversee the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g., surveys, quizzes, assessments) to assess learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness.
- Analyse learner feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in instructional design and content.
- Analyse data to assess the ROI of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Revise and update existing training programs based on feedback, changing needs, and evolving client objectives.
- Requires a relevant level 8 degree in Human Resources, Learning Science or Organisational Psychology. A master's or PhD is desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years L&D experience in corporate projects, designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or e-learning modules.
- An ability to diagnose development gaps, design innovative solutions and facilitate interventions.
- Experience in talent management, training needs analysis and performance assessment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, processes, and methodologies including methods and techniques used in training assessment, design, development, and measurement.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools.
- Expertise and/or passion for supporting organisations to develop skills and competencies to support more sustainable futures.
- Experience in developing competency-based models for organisations.
- Leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training Needs Analysis.

- Analytical thinking for evaluating program outcomes and ROI.
- Experience in Green/Sustainability L&D initiatives highly desirable.
