Trainer

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. At least 2-3 years experience as a Trainer
3. Relevant Diploma/Degree
4. Training certificates or courses
5. Excellent with PowerPoint presentations
6. Clear criminal and credit record

Duties and Responsibilities: Learning Resources and Development

• Designing and producing training materials in Word, as presentations, and videos.
• Guaranteeing that learning materials align with client project implementation needs.
• Distributing educational content via the Moodle platform.
• Generating test documentation for both internal and external products, while performing testing procedures according to technical guidelines.
• Maintaining and updating learning resources to reflect current product specifications.

Instruction and Facilitation

• Organizing and scheduling training sessions using online platforms like WebEx or Microsoft Teams, or other appropriate methods.
• Delivering remote and on-site training to employees and clients.
• Applying effective teaching techniques that adhere to the established curriculum.
• Managing project-specific training for implementations of internal and third-party products.

Collaboration and Communication Skills

• Collaborating effectively within a team environment and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
• Communicating clearly and effectively.
• Identifying situations requiring support and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Providing regular progress reports.
• Actively participating in agile development meetings.
• Sharing insights with the training and project teams regarding training needs for implementations and internal development.
