Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions. Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to users both remotely and on-site when needed. Work with internal teams to improve user experience and assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees. Manage IT hardware, software inventory, vendor relationships, and handle subscription billing. Requirements: GCE O Level and above At least 2 years of experience providing L1 support in a mid-to-large enterprise environment with more than 100 employees. Hands-on experience as a Global Admin or in user administration, Intune management, and security management. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues with endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and resolve network-related problems.
