Usability Researcher | Dublin (Hybrid Working) | Initial 6 Month Contract Experis have partnered with a Global Tech client in Dublin looking to recruit a Usability Researcher on an initial 6 month contract (likely to extend to 18 months). This role as a Usability Researcher will have the main function to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing analyst is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Previous experience within a similar type of research role.
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent commercial experience.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
