Role Overview : The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production shift, ensuring the safe and efficient production of products. This role involves leading and motivating production operators and team leaders to consistently meet production and quality targets. Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead and motivate production operators and team leaders to achieve optimal performance.
• Production Optimization : Strive to meet in-house efficiency targets and provide explanations for any discrepancies.
• Volume Management : Ensure manufacturing volume requirements are met consistently.
• Inventory Control : Conduct monthly stock takes within the department, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Performance Management : Effectively manage employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Problem-Solving : Lead initiatives to address and resolve production issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement : Foster a work environment that supports continuous improvement aligned with the Quality Policy and System.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee the identification, segregation, and traceability of quality-assured products.
• Training : Evaluate staff training needs and organize re-training sessions as required.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to quality checks, product traceability, and specific production procedures, including allergen and cross-species protocols.

• Experience : 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability in people motivation, organization, and team building.
• Continuous Improvement : Experience with metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communication : Excellent communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
