- Help to ensure the smooth-running of Indian Kitchen, working closely with the team.
- Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control, and minimal wastage.
- Keep organized and maintain high standards of kitchen area.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen.
- Maintain the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hotel Policy.
- Carry out other duties as required.
- Culinary degree and two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Experience and proficiency in both a la carte and production cooking.
- Previous experience in a similar role from a luxury background.
- Valid food handler certificate.
