Required for a leading company in Kuwait, a Human Resources Specialist (recruitment from inside Kuwait only). We are looking to employ a Human Resources Specialist with outstanding administrative and communication skills. The Human Resources Specialist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment. Job Brief We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Al Ameeri Group Holding in Kuwait City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR tasks. Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kuwait
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
