Responsible for the English and Arabic typing and clerical and administrative support of the General Manager and general Administration Departments. Maintains confidentiality of departmental records. Responsibilities:
- Correspondence, reports and records in English & Arabic, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Take minutes of meetings and produce reports as required.
- Scheduling appointments, managing projects, and making hotel and airline reservations.
- Translate correspondence and other materials as needed.
- Copy and distribute department correspondence and other materials.
- Assist in the preparation, distribution, and retention of departmental memorandums.
- Initiate and maintain a good filing system.
- Maintain good public relations with other departments and visitors.
- Receive incoming departmental phone calls, correspondence, and distribute appropriately.
- Perform other duties/tasks within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as required.
