One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
Job Description
This position is responsible for supervising daily spa operations, ensuring guests receive top-quality service, and supporting the spa team. This role involves managing team members' schedules, maintaining spa standards, and assisting in the implementation of wellness programs.- Supervise spa team members, including therapists, attendants, and receptionists, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Assist in team members' training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
- Coordinate weekly schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Maintain a welcoming and serene atmosphere throughout the spa.
- Handle guest inquiries, appointments, and service bookings efficiently.
- Ensure all spa equipment and facilities are maintained and operational.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the Director of Spa in achieving financial targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services.
- Proficiency in spa management software.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
