Job Description: Early Years Foundation Stage Byron Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced female Early Years Foundation Stage teacher to join our team in Kuwait working with a British Curriculum. As an Early Years Foundation Stage teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where young children can learn and develop. Start Date ASAP. Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Observe and assess children's development, and use this information to plan next steps in their learning.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children's learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required.
- Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as their physical and cognitive development.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with young children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment framework.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment.
- Native English Speakers with British nationality.
