- Evidence of up-to-date knowledge of the Cambridge/British Curriculum.

- Understanding of the requirements of good classroom management.
- Commitment to curriculum continuity between the phases.
- Commitment to continuously updating and maintaining planning.
- Meticulous record keeping of assessment and intervention strategies.
- Able to provide a practical commitment to an equal opportunities policy of inclusivity.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- At least two years teaching IGCSE.
- Evidence of previous successful teaching or of successful teaching placements.
- Evidence of good personal relationships/team player.
- Evidence of experience of working with students who have challenges, both learning and behaviour.
- Qualified teacher with a bachelor's degree in Education.
- Attested qualifications through Quadrabay Company.
- Evidence of involvement in continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
- Applicant's compliance to supporting and upholding the school’s Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
- A Criminal Record Disclosure will be required prior to appointment.
