We are committed to creating a relaxing and upscale atmosphere for our clients, and we are currently seeking a skilled Hair Section Supervisor to lead our talented team of hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and other salon staff. Job Overview The Hair Section Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the hair section, ensuring that the team delivers top-notch services while maintaining a clean and inviting salon environment. This leadership position demands a dynamic individual who excels in a luxury service setting and can drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Oversee and support the work of hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and other staff members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Training & Development: Hire and train new staff on luxury service protocols and effective upselling techniques.
Salon Maintenance: Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and that all equipment is in optimal working order.
Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the staff to ensure efficient salon operations during peak and off-peak times.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and ensure the salon is well-supplied with products.
Sales Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve a 40% increase in hair section sales through enhanced service offerings and upselling initiatives.
Cultural Alignment: Adapt services and team practices to meet the luxury standards and cultural expectations of the GCC region.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a salon or spa environment.
In-depth knowledge of hair care services, products, and trends.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Experience in hiring, training, and developing a team focused on luxury service delivery.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage sales targets and enhance overall client experience.
Familiarity with GCC cultural practices in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
