Job details

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing services and subcontracts in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor environment.
Good knowledge of the procurement processes specific to EPC projects.
Proven experience in managing tender processes for both offshore and onshore projects.
Strong ability to negotiate General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) effectively with subcontractors and service providers.
Knowledge and experience in chartering (preferable), particularly related to marine services and logistics for EPC projects.
Strong understanding of contractual terms and the ability to negotiate deviations in line with project requirements and the main contract terms.
Experience in managing complex contract negotiations and mitigating contractual risks.
Ability to handle complex order revisions and resolve claims efficiently, ensuring alignment with project schedules and cost objectives.
Expertise in preparing comprehensive economic and commercial offers, including detailed tabulation and analysis of bids during the tender phase.
Proficient in clarifying discrepancies and ensuring offers align with project budgets.
Proven ability to conduct thorough due diligence on subcontractors to assess their financial stability, performance, and compliance with industry standards
