Transformation Lead Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Transformation Lead to oversee and drive group-wide remediation efforts. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive remediation roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and design policies and procedures for transformation execution.

Governance and Strategy

  • Develop a remediation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks for transparency and accountability.
  • Design policies, procedures, and operating models for consistent transformation execution.

Implementation and Leadership

  • Lead the execution of transformation initiatives to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with compliance, risk management, IT, and business units to achieve transformation goals.
  • Oversee group-wide training programs to build transformation capabilities.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-remediation reviews to assess success and identify improvement areas.

Change Management

  • Develop change management strategies to support adoption of enhanced processes and systems.
  • Ensure effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or ACAMS are highly desirable.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in transformation management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven expertise in leading remediation initiatives and addressing regulatory gaps.
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in banking.

Skills

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
