Job details

Direct and manage end-to-end project development, defining project scope and deliverables in collaboration with executive management to support Core42’s larger business goals.
Organize and lead project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports, managing risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans, and performing delivery planning for assigned projects.
Draft budget proposals, and recommend budget changes, determining, monitoring and reviewing all project economics including costs, operational budgets, resources, and project risk.
Lead the project team in determining and translating exacting client requirements into operational plans.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Meet agreed deadlines and adhere to predefined project timeframes.
Keep abreast of new & emerging technologies, and be aware of developments in the current scope of work.
Identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project scope and requirements.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.
Develop project control and reporting procedures, managing changes in operational plans where required.
Undertake status review meetings among project team members and clients.
Work with management on project proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
Coach and advise team members in accomplishing project goals while meeting established schedules, and resolving technical/operational issues.
Proactively influence customers/clients to apply project-planning methodologies.
Develop, propose and negotiate project proposals, quotations & add-ons with management and clients.
Integrate and use Project Management methodologies to optimize project process flows.
Communicate all project plans, ensuring that appropriate information is passed on to all key stakeholders.
