Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership skills.
- Proficient user of MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is an added value.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented while maintaining focus on the big picture.
- Team player, well-tempered, capable of working under pressure and following instructions to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing Mall Operations, maintenance, Safety & Security, and Facilities management, preferably in a reputed large shopping mall or Real Estate company in the GCC or abroad in a similar role.
- UAE National and possess a family book.
