Vice President/ Assistant Vice President - Construction Practice - Mumbai

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Vice President/ Assistant Vice President – Construction Practice We will count on you to:

• Business developments and client engagement
• Provide advice to clients on insurance policies and risk management for infrastructure projects.
• Analyze insurance policies and make recommendations to clients based on their needs.
• Develop relationships with clients and insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Assist clients in claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field from an IIT, NIT or other leading institution.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably for construction business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and presentation skills
• Experience in project or contractor management with Infra companies will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
