Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Support Engineer at CodeLand. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and providing assistance on operating systems. This role is based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Engineer is expected to travel across the country and stay for more than 2 weeks, to finish deployment and training activities. Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience working with operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
