As we set our sights on doubling in size over the next 3–5 years, we’re looking for a highly organized Finance and Admin Manager to help shape our future. Role Overview We need a meticulous Finance and Admin Manager with a solid accounting background to oversee the group’s financial operations and administrative tasks across global offices. While we will provide full training on certain responsibilities, you must bring excellent accounting credentials and an exceptional eye for detail. This position requires close collaboration with the Group CEO and the Head of Business Administration, operating during UK business hours. We are an AI-friendly workplace, so you should be ready to embrace new technology and communicate clearly in English with international teams. A Chartered Accountant (CA) (or similar) qualification is a definite plus. Key Responsibilities – Previous experience essential
- Bookkeeping using Xero / QuickBooks
- Managing credit control and ledger oversight
- Overseeing Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and follow-up
- Handling Accounts Payable
- Administering payroll through our HRMS platform
- Calculating commissions
- VAT, HMRC, PENSIONS, GST, ESIC, and TDS filings (United Kingdom framework)
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations
- Overseeing all financial operations under the group’s division
- Preparing legal documents for financial and business operations
- Providing business administration support and process management
- Managing procurement, office administration, and policy implementation
- Offering financial insights and administrative support to senior leadership
- Collaborating with the Group CEO and Head of Business Administration on strategic financial planning and operational enhancements
- Excellent written and spoken English (international collaboration required)
- Solid experience in accounting, finance, and business administration (global exposure preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in learning diverse country-specific compliance requirements
- Proactive, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
- Chartered Accountant (CA) background is an advantage
- Proven administrative and operational management skills
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Availability during UK business hours
