Job Responsibilities Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, business process flows, and plugins to support business processes. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, custom connectors, and middleware solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are maintained. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and integrations. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript , HTML, and SQL. Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications preferred. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage time effectively.
