The Developer must have a “can-do” attitude and an independent mind set to solving development issues, making sure that all work produced is to the highest standard and within the brand guidelines and specifications. WHAT YOU OFFER US As a Digital Developer, you would be responsible for engineering, developing, and supporting online and mobile advertising products for a range of clients, platforms and social media channels. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include: Understanding of frontend development eco-system You would be developing various digital assets like online ads, HTMLised emailers, landing pages and more Creating online material to fulfil advertising media schedules and managing various specs for standard and rich media HTML 5 campaigns (This will involve working with files that have been supplied or oat times originating the code) The developer should be able to work with other developer’s code and write clean annotated codes that others can pick-up and use when required Interpretation of the briefs and ability to ask/probe right questions To ensure high quality output. The output should be visually appealing and should match the Brand guidelines and specifications provided Should be the knowledge holder of HTML 5 for the team and should keep himself/herself updated with technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work OTHER COMPETENCIES/YOU MUST HAVE THE SENSIBILITY TO, Good communication skills, with a confident personality Good team player Ability to take ownership for results and driving change Eye for detail Effective time management and ability to multi-task Strategize how best it can be executed Execute GREAT TO HAVE 4+ years of experience in digital domain - with a digital/creative agency environment Good knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery and Veeva Knowledge of developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile Comfort of using Adobe CS softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, XD and Animate CC Experience of producing HTMLised Email Campaigns – working knowledge of various CRM platforms like Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Marketo etc. will be an added advantage Knowledge of email testing processes and email software deficiencies will be an added advantage Enthusiasm and perseverance to deliver the best and push yourself until you and your stakeholders, internal and external, are happy with the output LOCATION We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. TIMINGS We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
