What will you be doing: As a Customer and Marketing Data and AI Offer Lead , you will be at the forefront of our global customer data and analytics initiatives. You'll be responsible for orchestrating successful Customer Data Strategy projects, CDP implementations and Marketing Analytics projects, ensuring timely and effective project delivery, enhancing CDP offerings, and nurturing a high-performing offshore team. Key responsibilities are:
- Project Delivery Excellence:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Customer Data and Marketing Analytics projects, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with onshore and client teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead a team of offshore experts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to offshore team members on CDP and marketing analytics technologies and best practices.
- Offer Development:
- Support RFP and proposal processes, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with global leadership to expand our offshore capabilities and to develop compelling data driven marketing and CDP solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Candidate validation and upskilling:
- Recruit and hire talented CDP and marketing analytics professionals in the offshore region.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit with our team culture.
- Mentor and develop offshore team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Should have 8+ years of experience in Customer Data Management, CDPs and Marketing Analytics, or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions
- Proven experience in delivering end to end delivery of Customer Data Strategy, Customer Data Platform/Infrastructure implementations, Marketing Analytics (attribution, campaign analytics, Marketing ROI measurement etc.)
- Strong understanding of CDP platforms is a must (Treasure Data, Tealium, Salesforce, etc.).Hands on experience in at least one Customer Data platform (at least 3 successful implementations) is a must.
- Experience in building proposals for CDP Implementations, Customer Data Strategy projects is a significant plus.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of data and AI technologies including data engineering, data warehousing, big data analytics.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable results.
