In this key role, you'll provide exceptional inpatient and outpatient care, drive innovative clinical programs, and foster a culture of excellence. You'll be at the forefront of providing expert infectious disease care, offering clinical consultations and leading outpatient clinics. Your role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the Hospital in the Home intravenous antibiotics program, and championing infection prevention and control initiatives. With governance responsibilities over antimicrobial stewardship and the opportunity to mentor future medical professionals, you'll shape clinical excellence while navigating complex cases with empathy and innovation. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $368,514 (L18) up to $460,349 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. Let's talk about you!
