Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls, promoting products or services and closing sales
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
Qualifications If you:
- are at least 18 years old
- are a Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
- have basic web navigation skills
- have good communication skills
- are willing to start immediately
- have at least 1 year of sales experience in a BPO or non-BPO setting
- have valid NBI (6 months to 1-year validity from the date of joining)
