IT Recruiter(US Staffing)

Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: India /Remote(Work from Home) Minimum/Required Qualifications:

1. B.Tech CS IT/MCA, BSC IT, BCA, etc Graduate with Technical Degree, Knowledge and Expertise.
2. 3-4 years of relevant US Staffing experience with a reputed organization.
3. Experience working with Direct Clients.
4. In-depth knowledge of IT requirements, US visas, and US Geography.
5. People-oriented, results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented personality
6. Excellent, interpersonal, active listening, analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently (verbally and in writing)
8. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Engaged in the complete US Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Experience with direct client
• Skilled in crafting and utilizing boolean search strings.
• Adept at interpreting IT job descriptions.
• S ourced and screened US candidates using various job portals (Dice, Monster US, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
• Analyze resumes through the in-house Applicant Tracking System.
• Screen candidate profiles effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of IT requirements.
• Manage salary negotiations and follow-ups with both candidates and clients.
• Familiar with US tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Negotiate compensation to finalize candidate offers.
