- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CPQ solutions according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and create functional and technical designs.
- Provide expertise on SAP CPQ best practices, workflows, and configuration techniques.
- Configuration & Customization:
- Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows within SAP CPQ.
- Develop custom scripts and rule-based logic to meet unique client needs, optimizing the quoting and pricing experience.
- Integration & Testing:
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CPQ with SAP ERP, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and other third-party systems.
- Conduct thorough testing of CPQ configurations and customizations, ensuring that solutions meet client expectations and function as intended.
- Training & Documentation:
- Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support and troubleshooting, offering technical guidance as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze existing CPQ configurations and processes, recommending enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
- Stay updated on SAP CPQ developments and bring forward insights to maximize the value of the solution.
- 6+ years of experience working with SAP CPQ or a similar CPQ solution.
- Proven track record of successful SAP CPQ implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP CPQ configuration, including product catalog management, pricing logic, and workflow setup.
- Knowledge of SAP integration tools, especially with SAP ERP, SAP CRM, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Strong skills in scripting languages used within SAP CPQ (e.g., JavaScript).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP CPQ Certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Other SAP Modules: Familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, or SAP ECC is advantageous.
- Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies, with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage project timelines, and work within cross-functional teams.
