- Designation: Assistant Manager
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Location: Gandhinagar
- Edu. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Supervise quality control activities across all production stages.
- Ensure that raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to ISO, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
- Assist in audits (internal & external) and maintain necessary documentation.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Oversee quality testing, including performance, durability, and safety tests.
- Maintain quality reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist in leading and training the quality assurance team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among employees.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards for incoming materials.
- Address customer complaints and work on corrective actions.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles .
- Experience with CMM, SPC, and other quality inspection tools .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
