Key Objectives of the Job Providing psycho- therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse, maintaining the documentation for the same. Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are: - Providing psycho- therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse - Maintaining the client data base and documentation of all cases in the organizational formats and submitting monthly updates to the Coordinator. - Conducting group sessions on the various topics related to Mental Health like self-care. - Supporting the team in the case work and other tasks. Job Challenge To be able to reflect on field realities, challenges and movements specific to interventions on the issue of CSA and work towards mitigating concerns in a timely manner. Specialized job competencies Therapeutic knowledge and trauma informed Critical thinking Good Communication Skills Good Documentation Skills Openness to learning Ethical understanding of therapy and practices Educational Qualification Full time Masters in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology with a UGC recognized University OR Full times MSW with specialization in Psychiatric Social work/Mental Health Psychology with a UGC recognized University Desired Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with client.
- Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.
