Location : Bihar, North-East, Jharkhand, Punjab, Lucknow, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh , Tamil Nadu Job Summary: The Technical Trainer will be responsible for training service technicians, field engineers, and customer support teams to ensure effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of IFB home appliances. This role involves close collaboration with service centers, regional teams, and the technical department to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development:
- Design, develop, and conduct technical training programs for IFB service engineers and field technicians.
- Train service centre teams on troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of IFB home appliances (e.g., washing machines, microwaves, dishwashers).
- Deliver hands-on and virtual training sessions, ensuring compliance with IFB’s quality standards.
- Continuously update training materials to align with product innovations and service procedures.
- Work closely with service centres to identify technical challenges and skill gaps.
- Conduct on-site audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Support service teams in resolving complex technical issues and provide real-time guidance when required.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to analyse recurring customer complaints and incorporate solutions into training content.
- Develop training manuals, troubleshooting guides, and video tutorials for service technicians.
- Create and maintain a technical knowledge base to standardize service procedures across locations.
- Implement e-learning modules for remote training of field teams.
- Monitor trainee performance and conduct skill assessments after training sessions.
- Analyse service data and feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes, service quality improvements, and key challenges faced by field technicians.
- Strong knowledge of IFB home appliances, their functionality, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical appliances.
